Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks a Lead Manufacturing Planner to support our Central Plant Stock Buy Part Planning Team\. This team supports common minor material planning for all Space sites\. You will serve as our Lead Planner working on a team of 4 additional planners in a fast\-paced, dynamic, data\-driven environment\. To be successful you will need to have experience and/or knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite tools and SAP ERP\.
**As our Lead Planner, you will\.\.\.\.**
• Manage Plant Stock Buy Part Planning across multiple locations,
• Perform PR creation
• Perform material and demand forecasting
• Inventory management and replenishment strategy
• Conduct data analysis relative to enterprise goals and KPIs
• Participate in 1LMX plant stock planning initiatives
**Our level 4 employees typically have 9\-15 years of experience\.**

**Basic Qualifications:**
• 5\-7 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain management, or inventory control
• 5\-7 Years or more SAP ERP Experience
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross\-functional collaboration\.
**Desired Skills:**
• Bachelor's and/or Master degree in supply chain management or related field
• APICS/ASCM certification \(CPIM or CSCP\)
• Expertise in managing large\-scale multi\-site inventory operations with a focus on standardization and efficiency
• Strong project management skills including the ability to lead process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning techniques
• Experience in multi\-location inventory management in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across teams and departments
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with focus on data\-driven decision\-making
• Proven leadership experience managing cross\-functional teams or projects
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 \- $166,300\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
