Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for a System Application Analyst that will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting a variety of manufacturing systems/applications. This person needs to have IT infrastructure knowledge to properly diagnose IT issues to escalate to the appropriate team. This role is directly response for troubleshooting and configuring systems and hardware devices. There will also be scripting responsibilities at times. This role will participate in some project work and will need to make sure there is a successful integration between IT and Operational Technology. If you have a background in supporting manufacturing systems and have a knack for scripting, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Required Skills:

5+ years' experience providing technical supportUnderstanding of manufacturing systems/applicationsAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot and configure software systems and hardware devicesNeeds to have infrastructure knowledge including networking protocols and LAN/WAN)Strong knowledge of IOTMust have coding/scripting skillsUnderstanding of Linux operating systemsMust be able to perform under pressure
