Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Systems Architect to join our team, working within the Program Technical Office (PTO) and collaborating closely with manufacturing and IT teams. You will play a key role in developing the manufacturing system architecture and contributing to the program"s overall digital and data strategies. This is a virtual role with periodic visits to our Indiana site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance the automation philosophy and digital strategy for the program.
* Lead the development of the program's data architecture, including data flow mapping and integration of business, technology, and data systems.
* Define end-to-end data architectures and ensure the seamless delivery of site-level data infrastructure (e.g., PI, Logmate).
* Work closely with other technical teams to align business, technology, and data architectures for manufacturing automation.
* Collaborate on the delivery of the site-level data infrastructure for the program.

Requirements:
* Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 15+ years of experience with manufacturing systems, including automation, MES, and Historian systems.
* Proven experience leading large-scale automation projects in pharmaceutical batch manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
