Manufacturing Finance Team Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for new factory regulative, managing financial transparency and accuracy, internal controls, reporting, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and ensuring Ops KPI’s. He/She will also be a trusted commercial partner to plant manager to drive operational efficiency in the new factoryConduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including product costing and profitability analysis. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage and optimize working capital to maintain efficient operations. Develop and implement budgets and plans to achieve financial targets of Factory.Optimize factory processes to improve efficiency. Develop and implement innovative systems and programs to support MFG setup in India for the Segment.

Requirements

Cost Accountant with 8-9 years of factory controlling experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to work in cross cultural teams
