We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Colgate-Palmolive Villawood Home Care manufacturing team on afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm).
The **Manufacturing Team Member (MTM)** is responsible for working in a team to successfully accomplish business objectives:
+ Producing a range of Colgate products including Liquid Home Care and Fabric Conditioners
+ Working safely according to Villawood principles and guidelines
+ Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement
+ Solving problems in the manufacturing environment
+ Working in a team to achieve production targets
+ Ensuring product meets all quality specifications
+ Maintaining environmental standards in regard to the manufacture of Colgate product
**Essential Skills:**
+ Experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG
+ Ability to work in a technically advanced / automated manufacturing environment
+ Problem solving and ability to respond efficiently to production breakdowns
+ Communication (written and verbal)
+ Ability to record and analyse basic production data
+ Basic computer skills (Windows/Google applications)
+ Teamwork/relationship building/collaboration skills

**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Forklift License essential
+ Trade Qualifications are highly regarded
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment/similar industry highly regarded
