Deliver technical support for the production and installation process in a timely manner

Job Description

Solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards in a timely manner

Find optimal solutions for specific issues and optimize processes

Advise on direction of solutions and improvements with stakeholders

Identify structural issues, initiate and execute projects accordingly

Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products

Education

Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)

Experience

3-5 years in working experience with high-tech products and complex production processes environment

Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosis of high-tech products

Personal skills

Show responsibility for the result of work

Show proactive attitude and willing to take initiative

Attentive to detail and logical reasoning

Drive for continuous improvement

Able to communicate clearly and advise for solutions

Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech(proto) environment
