**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will follow cGMP and ISO standards to assemble cartridges and reagent kit components. You will work independently and as part of an assembly line team, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your role includes resolving line issues, suggesting improvements, operating manufacturing equipment, adhering to schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation for quality release. You will also assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
+ Follow manufacturing SOPs.
+ Organize and maintain floor area and supplies used during work.
+ Work independently and as part of an assembly line team.
+ Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
+ Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
+ Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
+ Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete work orders in a timely manner.
+ Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.
+ Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
+ Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
+ Experience with manufacturing SOPs.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma required.
+ GATE Program - Entry Level - No experience needed, just need to pass assessment with 75% or higher.
+ Target candidates include those from retail, customer service, food service, and warehouse backgrounds.

**Work Environment**
