Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician 3 based out of Clearfield, UT.
What You’ll get to Do: As a Manufacturing Technician you work on the next generation composite structures. This job involves the fabrication of composite hardware using a variety of methods such as hand layup, bonding, assembly, trimming and final finishing. It will require development of skills to competently perform tasks designed to produce product that meet our customer expectations. Tasks may be in team environments or individual based.
This role can be filled at a Manufacturing Technician 1 or Principal Manufacturing Technician 2 depending on the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing environmentProficiency in Microsoft applicationsAbility to work flexible/changing schedules and weekendsAbility to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, and kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 35 pounds and working overheadAbility to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $16.97 - $28.31The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
