Your Role:  

 

As a Manufacturing Technician 3, you will work in a team environment that consists of large scale manufacturing operations in a variety of different areas across the plant.

 

This position will work a on a shift as part of 24/7 operations at DekalbMove materials, supplies, and equipment in and out of departmentSet-up, prepare and manufacture products according to current manufacturing proceduresCommunicate and document status of processes, products, and equipmentComply with safety policies and quality systems

 

Physical Attributes:

 

Require occasional lifting and pushing of up to 50 pounds

 

Who You Are: 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

2+ years of college coursework in Chemistry, Biology, or other Science discipline

OR

High School Diploma or GED2+ years of experience in life science manufacturing or laboratory work

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Basic laboratory skillsBasic knowledge of chemistry and mathStrong practical knowledge of production and analytical equipmentKnowledge of chemical handling methods and ISO quality StandardsStrong and written and interpersonal communication skillsBasic mechanical and troubleshooting skillsModerate computer literacy
