CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Facilities Technician II. Type: Contract Job Title: Facilities Technician II Location: Keene, NH Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Keene, NH Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Education: High School Diploma and Technical Electronic Maintenance/Trade Schooling A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as: • A solid mechanical and electrical aptitude • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Description: The purpose of this position is to perform equipment maintenance, repair, and improvement in support of efficient manufacturing operations. Duties and Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of production and service equipment and instrumentation • Understand unique production equipment and their operational functions, including all servicing and preventative maintenance schedules • Perform and maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance for all equipment • Coordinate and interact with production personnel appropriately for all repair and preventative maintenance duties • Schedule and conduct utilities and equipment support services preventative maintenance • Keep detailed records and support documentation of equipment repair and parts change history • Update and maintain schematics, graphics, and text documentation for all equipment Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience as a manufacturing Facilities Technician • Strong mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment • Familiarity with optics manufacturing equipment preferred • Ability to work with exposure to electrical and mechanical systems, dust, dirt, equipment oil, grease, and various operating materials Required Qualifications Education: • High School diploma required • Technical electronic maintenance training or trade schooling • EPA Certification strongly preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience with equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional communication • Experience maintaining documentation and service records • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing Additional Information: • No third party resumes will be accepted • Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted • CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws • All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors) • CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer • CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website by clicking the link below or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to Nicole.Shaw@ctg.com.
