**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in assembling and testing products, reading blueprints, and filling various hourly positions using both general and specific skills. Responsibilities include operating machines and tools such as band saws, plasma cutters, welders, and more; assembling and testing manufactured products; performing repairs and calibration; working in accordance with engineering designs and schematics; recording test results; collaborating with Engineering on prototype development; and other duties as required. Candidates must be open to working overtime as needed. **Hard Skills** + Experience with assembly and product testing + Blueprint reading + Machine and tool operation (e.g., welders, saws, drills) + Product repair and calibration + Recording test results + Working with engineering designs and schematics **Soft Skills** + Adaptability + Collaboration with teams + Attention to detail + Ability to work overtime as required **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** The starting rate is $20.50/hr with a progression scale up to $23.00 by 12 months, contingent upon good performance.
