The GE HealthCare Repair Operations Center is looking for new talent to join the PCS Demo team. Our team manages the equipment used across the country for trade shows, customer demonstrations, and any other application where we can show off our latest and greatest medical equipment. Our small and fast-paced operation prioritizes teamwork and collaboration to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

Work with a safety first mindset to keep self and other team members safeMaintain accurate records consistent with GE Healthcare’s good documentation practicesProvide evaluation and constructive feedback in the development of new and existing work instructionsProvide strong individual contributions to assist in the team’s overall successComplete all planned Quality, Compliance, and Safety training within defined deadlinesUse basic hand and power tools to disassemble/reassemble equipment to meet customer needsCleaning and disinfection of equipmentAccurately keep inventory of assets and accessories using digital inventory systemsContribute to the improvement and sustainment of departmental Lean and 5s goals

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree, or a High School diploma and 2 years technical experienceProficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem solving techniquesAbility to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and assist with corrections to the existing design or processProficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical informationDemonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and informationAbility to communicate using English (or local language)

Desired Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office applicationsDemonstrated expertise with hand and power toolsElectrical diagnostics and troubleshooting experienceFamiliarity with GE HealthCare medical systems
