**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of manufacturing suites, assisting with the delivery of raw materials and consumables, and ensuring timely movement of line kits and assemblies to prevent delays. You will confirm the availability of formulations and facilitate their movement to the manufacturing suites. Additionally, you will be responsible for various ancillary tasks on the manufacturing floor, such as fit and finish material stock/supply and equipment staging. Participation in shift exchanges, one-on-one meetings, and other necessary meetings to address area needs and lean activities is also required. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleaning of manufacturing suites. + Assist with delivery of raw materials and consumables to the manufacturing suites. + Ensure line kits and assemblies are moved to the manufacturing suites to meet processing needs and prevent delays. + Confirm formulations are available prior to need and ensure their movement to manufacturing suites for production processing. + Perform ancillary tasks on the manufacturing floor such as fit and finish material stock/supply and equipment staging. + Participate in shift exchanges and one-on-one meetings. + Attend necessary meetings to facilitate area needs and lean activities. **Essential Skills** + Production experience (1-3 years required). + Knowledge of GMP and cGMP practices. + Proficiency in computer skills. + Experience in packaging and cleanroom environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Willingness to wear a full gowning suit, including body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. + Ability to wear Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves. + Must be able to wear a respirator. + Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs independently. + Ability to stand for 80% of the shift. **Why Work Here?** Join a great company that has recently expanded significantly, offering ample opportunities for growth and development. The role requires wearing a full gowning suit, including body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. Gowning materials include Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves. Restrictions include no makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, or perfume. You must be able to wear a respirator and lift a minimum of 25 lbs independently. The position requires standing for 80% of the shift.
