**_NOW HIRING for a medical device company in Carlsbad!_** **Location -** Carlsbad, CA **Shift -** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available **Pay Rate -** $18-$20/hr based on shift **Job Description -** + Assembly and machine operation for Diagnostic Production + Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components. + Follow manufacturing SOPs. + Organize and maintain floor area and supplies used during work. + Work independently and as part of an assembly line team. + Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment. + Resolve line issues and suggest improvements. + Operate all manufacturing line equipment. + Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete work orders in a timely manner. + Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release. + Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing. + Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills/Experience Required -** + Experience with following specific work instructions + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational skills. + Attention to detail. + Ability to maintain a safe work environment + High School Diploma required. **Entry Level Candidates invited to apply!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.16 - $20.16 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
