Our client is seeking a **Manufacturing Technician** to join their team. As a **Manufacturing Technician** , you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician 1 **Location:** Fort Payne, AL **Schedule:** Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay Range:** $16/hour **What's the Job?** + Completes manufacturing equipment-related installations and ramp-ups. + Gathers, records and analyzes production information. + Performs repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities. + Oversees use of machine control systems and their use in manufacturing equipment. + Completes estimates of requirements arising from process changes. **What's Needed?** + Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period. + Experience: 2 year vocational training + up to 1 year experience needed. + Positions need basic level of theoretical and practical know how, skills and typically some level related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques and systems used in production environment. + Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information is necessary, usually acquired through training on the job. + Positions are expected to use specialized machines, tools and equipment for effective performance, which allows specific variances in operation mode. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company. + Potential for this to convert to a full-time position. + Potential for this assignment to be extended beyond 13 weeks. + Full-time position with benefits available after a probationary period. + Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.
