Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Technician or a large aerospace client in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area. The Manufacuring Technician is responsible for assembling, disassembling, and modifying aerospace vehicle systems by replacing, upgrading, or repairing components to resolve system failures or implement design changes. This role involves overseeing the assembly, disassembly, and overhaul of aerospace vehicles, as well as configuring vehicles and conducting bench tests. They will be troubleshooting complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify faults and repair malfunctioning components. The technician will also perform validation and verification testing to ensure systems and components meet performance standards. Additionally, the technician will be documenting procedures, repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The technician will inspect components and verify repairs to ensure compliance with flight-worthiness standards. This role also involves overseeing training activities and working under general direction.

Minimum of 6 months of experience with aircraft wire assembly
Corporative with teammates/team player Manufacturing processes experience
solder certification
Fiber optic manufacturing
Copper manufacturing
Prior military standards experience
J standard (solder proficiency - space or aviation) null
