What You Will Do
Work with Machines: Set up and operate manufacturing equipment. Check Quality: Look at products during and after production to make sure they are good. Fix Problems: Help fix machines when they don’t work properly. Keep Records: Write down production numbers and report any issues. Help with Materials: Organise raw materials and tools for production. Do Maintenance: Clean and check machines to keep them in good condition. Follow Safety Rules: Wear safety gear and make sure your workspace is safe. Supervision:  Lead and assist a group of factory employees What You Need
Technical Skills: Know how to use tools and read simple technical drawings. Good Attention to Detail: Check work carefully to ensure high quality. Teamwork: Work well with other people in the factory. Physical Strength: Be able to stand for long periods and lift materials if needed.
