**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will read mechanical drawings and electric schematics to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, and handle preventive maintenance processes, including process documentation and production records. **Responsibilities** + Read mechanical drawings and electric schematics to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met. + Troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, and handle preventive maintenance processes, including process documentation and production records. + Program, set-up, and operate equipment for manufacturing to ensure product specifications are met. + Perform electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical assembly and fabrication. + Assist in the design of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing by collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. + Create, modify, and revise manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation. + Observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions. + Understand and practice TOC and Lean initiatives in daily work. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment. + General fabrication and assembly experience. + Wiring and programming fundamentals associated with programmable logic controllers. + Set-up, configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robots to meet industry standards. + Program and operate non-CNC and CNC machine tools used in manufacturing. + Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that works within many industries, including aerospace, automotive, and computer sectors.
