Manufacturing Technician
**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** This position is responsible for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical assemblies in a GMP environment. This position includes various manufacturing tasks as well as the preparation of solutions and production materials. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily manufacturing tasks as assigned by supervisor. + Perform setup, verification of, and teardown of equipment before and after processing. + Prepare solutions and production materials. + Perform manufacturing tasks including fabrication, in-process testing, and packaging. + Document production activities in manufacturing lot history records. + Clean up production equipment and production area. + Perform analysis of data as needed. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or large scale medical equipment manufacturing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience working in a fast-paced cGMP environment. + Must be able to work in a controlled lab/manufacturing environment that works with chemicals. + Must be comfortable wearing heightened PPE including a respirator or fume hood at times. + Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with little supervision. + Minimum High School Diploma or GED. + 3 to 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or large scale medical equipment. + Familiarity with chemistry concepts is highly recommended. **Why Work Here?** Our Client, specializes in the development of ground-breaking technology and commercialization of advanced drug device combination products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease. Must be comfortable wearing heightened PPE including a respirator or fume hood at times. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
