Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for using various liquid handlers, packaging and manufacturing assembly, and operating automated manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with the scheduler to execute the build plan and primarily work within the MES and ERP systems. This role involves handling small items, ensuring quality details, manipulating products, and preparing them for shipment. Additionally, you will be involved in slide manufacturing, using small volume tools, and working with hazardous chemicals in a cleanroom environment.
ResponsibilitiesExecute build plans as assigned by the scheduler.Utilize different liquid handlers for packaging and manufacturing assembly.Operate automated manufacturing equipment.Handle small items with attention to quality details.Manipulate products and prepare them for shipment.Engage in flow cell manufacturing assembly.Use small volume tools for detailed work.Familiarize with hazardous chemicals and follow safety protocols.Perform final packaging of flow cell consumables.Work with cleanroom gowning and adhere to cleanroom protocols.Complete repetitive tasks and manual processes with precision.Learn and handle four main types of flow cells, including new quarterly and semi-annual updates.Document processes accurately and maintain batch records.Essential SkillsExperience in cleanroom environments.Proficiency in packaging and assembly tasks.Knowledge of documentation processes.Manual dexterity and attention to detail.Experience with flow cell manufacturing and assembly.Understanding of aseptic techniques.Ability to inspect and assemble medical devices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Jira ticketing software.Proficiency with ERP and MES systems.Ability to effectively communicate with teammates using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.Computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role requires working in a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning protocols, and performing repetitive tasks. The position involves manual processes and requires manual dexterity. The work hours are from the person to 10:30 PM, with the potential for voluntary overtime. You will work with hazardous chemicals and must be comfortable with detailed and organized tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
