Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to perform moderate to complex assembly functions utilizing mechanical skills, a variety of hand tools, and assembly fixtures. You will produce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformance to product specifications and fully adhere to established Quality Systems and GMP. Complete documentation of all assembly and test processes is required. Responsibilities + Perform moderate to complex assembly functions using mechanical skills, hand tools, and assembly fixtures. + Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure they meet product specifications. + Adhere to Quality System and understand GMP requirements. + Document all assembly and test processes accurately. + Interpret and understand engineering drawings and follow assembly instructions and company procedures. + Maintain orderly work cells and contribute to the professional presentation of the production area. Essential Skills + Electro-mechanical assembly + Prototype assembly + Reading blueprints + Manufacturing + Test engineering + Documentation + Troubleshooting + Understanding of Quality Management Systems + Mechanical and electrical knowledge + Ability to interpret schematics Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-4 years of experience in the assembly of electromechanical or electro-pneumatical systems, or equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace manufacturing environment + Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel + Strong organizational skills Work Environment You will work on the production/manufacturing floor with hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with overtime as needed.
