Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician **Location:** St. Louis, MO **Hours:** 2nd Shift: 12:30pm - 11:00pm (M-Th) (10 hr. Shifts) **Duration:** 12+ Months contract **What's the Job?** + Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department, and company. + Operate processing equipment, ensuring operations are consistent with current operating procedures. + Perform routine analytical tests to ensure processes are in control and maintain quality throughout the production process. + Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment effectively. + Participate in process improvements and maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas. **What's Needed?** + Minimum education: High School diploma; Associates degree in Chemistry preferred. + Willingness to learn SAP (training provided). + Ability to operate and troubleshoot processing equipment. + Strong communication skills to document and report on production operations. + Commitment to safety and compliance with production procedures.
