**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for manufacturing products efficiently, accurately, safely, and on time. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment and in-process instrumentation to produce regulated products in accordance with QSRs, company policy, applicable regulatory requirements, and safety regulations. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. The Manufacturing Technician identifies areas for improvement, uses good documentation practices and statistical techniques, and drives continuous improvement to the platform. **Responsibilities** + Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of the system. + Manufacture, assemble, and ship regulated products and sub-assemblies, including medical devices that are radioactive in nature. + Operate production equipment within the clean room environment. + Maintain records in compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures. + Rely on instructions and pre-established written guidelines to perform job functions. + Maintain organization and cleanliness of all designated manufacturing areas. + Assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications. + Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, materials, and parts. + Assist with maintenance activities. + Provide mentorship and coaching to Manufacturing Technician I employees. + Adhere to the Company’s purpose operating principles, building a positive and productive team culture. + Comply with Company policies and procedures. + Follow all safety rules and safety precautions. + Authorized to access employee and/or patient PHI and ePHI only as needed for job-related functions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + High School degree or equivalent, Associate’s degree in technical field preferred. + Minimum 2 years manufacturing/operations experience including a minimum of 1-year medical device manufacturing preferred. + Experience handling radioactive materials in a radiation-controlled environment preferred. + Ability to operate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to manage multiple priorities. + Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. + Proficiency in basic mathematical functions using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. + Ability to compute averages, rates, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Willingness to work a flexible schedule. + Ability to travel for work as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with medical device manufacturing, tooling, and quality inspection. + Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. + Experience in production, assembly, laboratory, and packaging settings. **Why Work Here?** This full-time job opportunity offers chances for annual pay increases and professional growth. There is frequent exposure to hazardous materials, requiring appropriate PPE and precautions. The role requires finite hand/eye coordination, frequent use of a computer and laboratory equipment, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Some evening and weekend work, as well as overnight travel, may be required depending on workload. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Richland, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
