**Job Title:** **Production Manufacturing Technician**
+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
+ **Pay Range:** $21.63-$26.44 per hour ( _depends on experience_ ) ( _paid weekly_ )
**Job Description**
+ We are looking for a skilled Production Manufacturing Technician to develop and execute an enhanced TPM System. You'll be the first line of support for 'Line-Down' situations, using your troubleshooting skills to rework and repair equipment and products. You'll also implement and maintain ESD mitigation systems, analyze first pass yield data, and take corrective actions to ensure high quality and yield. Your role includes troubleshooting failures, assisting with new fixture and equipment installations, and completing required documentation. You'll participate in production improvement activities and suggest opportunities for improvement. Monitoring the production line and resolving issues, as well as setting up and operating production equipment, are also part of your responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute an enhanced TPM System.
+ Provide first line of support for 'Line-Down' situations.
+ Utilize troubleshooting skills to rework and repair equipment and products.
+ Implement and maintain ESD mitigation systems.
+ Analyze first pass yield data and take corrective actions.
+ Troubleshoot failures affecting equipment, fixtures, and processes.
+ Assist with new fixture and equipment installations.
+ Complete required documentation and evaluate new equipment and TPM plans.
+ Participate in production improvement activities and suggest improvements.
+ Monitor the production line and resolve issues.
+ Set up and operate production equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Calibration, troubleshooting, and electronics expertise.
+ Experience with test equipment.
+ Two or more years of experience as a technician or technician’s assistant.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic, electro-mechanical, and light mechanical equipment.
+ Knowledge of ESD protection processes and practices.
+ Experience with test fixture design and programming.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Two-year technical degree or equivalent

**Work Environment**
+ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
+ Safety attire: Provided smocks and safety glasses; safety toe shoes required but not provided.
+ Possible strong epoxy smell in certain areas.
+ Large production area with different lines for gas and flame detection sensors.
**Job Type & Location**
+ This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44/hr.
