Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to evaluate operations control processes and make improvement recommendations through CAD software and ERP/MRP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes comply with FDA regulations, coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services, and perform shipping and receiving duties.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate operations control processes and recommend improvements through CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.Ensure compliance with FDA regulations in all manufacturing processes.Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer’s procedures and instructions to keep production equipment operational.Perform shipping and receiving tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a related field.Proficiency in electrical testing and troubleshooting.Experience with inventory control and supporting a manufacturing lab.Additional Skills & QualificationsNice to have a college degree.Medical Device experience is a plusExperience with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.Experience in purchasing, shipping, and receiving is a nice to have.Work Environment

This position is within a lab environment with manufacturing capabilities. All work is done on-site, and the team collaborates closely, working together five days a week. The company is a small start-up in the biotech space with 19 employees, offering the opportunity to wear multiple hats and learn various facets of the company. The main clients include research labs, universities, and hospitals. The collaborative environment allows for everyone, from the director level to entry-level employees, to work together and learn from each other.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
