Pay Rate: $20.80/hour (Temp to Perm)

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.80/hour

Training Hours: First shift (6:45 AM - 3:00 PM) for approximately 30 days.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cutting & Material Handling

Operate tools and machines to cut and prep materials.

Hand-pick and package materials with precision.

Lay-Up Teamwork

Assemble materials into forms for production using hand tools.

Work closely with your team to ensure seamless workflow.

Thermal Processes

Load/unload furnaces, prep tooling, and apply coatings.

Assist in moving materials and starting processes for efficiency.

Machining & Inspection

Disassemble parts, load into machines, and monitor the process.

Perform quality inspections to ensure every product meets aerospace standards.

Your Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified.

Background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process." 

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

Basic computer skills for tracking progress and following instructions.

Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $20.80 per hour
