**A Snapshot of Your Day** Will be working with slurry mixing and blending operations according to daily production requirements. Also, will review all slurry production and batch records, release slurries for molding usage, and monitor all equipment systems to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida location. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Trained andsigned off on Demonstrated Skills Check List for Mercury, SlurryTechnician and V-Blend Technician operations. Will complete Loto trainingand will be certified on motorized lift and forklifts in the building. + Will check thedaily schedule for the number of bulk batches, weigh and measure allcomponents, performing audits and basic housekeeping throughout shift. + Monitor andmaintain good documentation practices. + Adjustmachines, set controls, and perform troubleshooting as required byoperational and quality criteria. Request work orders for any equipmentnot operating to standard. + Organizes anduses blending, slurry machine related tools, scales, pallet jacks,manipulators, hand tools, wrenches, allen wrenches, and screwdrivers. + Other dutiesand cross training as needed. **What You Bring** + High schoolgraduate or GED. + Ability to readEngineering instructions. + Demonstratedmechanical aptitude. + Applicants mustbe legally authorized for employment in the United States without the needfor current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. + This positionwill require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau ofIndustry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate ofDefense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisitefor this position.
