Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Engineer Summary:The Manufacturing Technology Engineer will be responsible for the engineering support at Jasmine plant. Provide product translation, product introduction, new material introduction and plant scale up. Leading commissioning, start up and product qualification process. Responsibilities Include: + Provide technical support for Process Engineering and conduct in-house experiments to address and improve products based on a requirement. + Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to enhance the quality of existing products and contribute to the development of new products. + Assist in providing technical information to team, conducting experiments when necessary, and understanding team and market requirements. + Develop product translation, product introduction and new material introduction projects and perform a variety of laboratory experiments to accomplish the targets of projects in a timely and safe manner. + Plan, check, and control all related experiments and processes with a focus on safety awareness to ensure the smooth execution of PDCA cycles on schedule. + Collect, summarize, and analyze experimental results, discussing and reporting findings with the line manager to ensure successful completion. + Develop and optimize specialty polymer formulations. + Conduct chemical analyses and experiments to test product properties. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product translation, product introduction and new material introduction projects #LI-PP1 Qualifications: The following are required for the role + Bachelor or higher degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering + 5-7 years of experienced in product development, Laboratory, R&D, Process Engineer or Production + Good command of spoken and written English. + Must have a level of proficiency with computer literacy. + Safety & Quality mindset. + Experiences in chemical industries will be advantage. + Project Management skill. + Good communication & presentation skill. + Prior experience in maintenance and reliability would be a plus. + Training in project execution methods is desired. + Knowledge of maintenance workflow, rotating equipment and pressure systems.
