Help evaluate technologies and identify supply chain solutions that allow the Reality Lab Org to deliver products to the market at scale. 3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on test equipment and automation systems, help define overall product test strategy, evaluate test equipment and qualification processes, and lead and facilitate integration of test systems into our existing data tracking networks and factory control systems. 4. Design and document new manufacturing equipment with standardization and reliability as a priority and create test plans for validating existing equipment. 5. Plan the design, development, and implementation of factory test systems. 6. Enforce manufacturability, testability, and ensure cost-effective designs are implemented for testing and automation systems, software, and equipment. 7. Conduct NPI test development and sustain support of production released test and automation systems. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manufacturing Test Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 36 months of experience in the following: 9. 1. Developing and manufacturing strategies during the development and production phases of a product’s lifecycle 10. 2. Designing and improving software architecture for automated fixtures 11. 3. Developed requirements and methodologies for assembly and test fixture bring up with engineering teams 12. 4. Implementing manufacturing processes and software tools at factory sites 13. 5.
