Job Title: Manufacturing Test Engineer Job Description The engineer will be helping to develop the next generation of manufacturing systems test .The current system is set up in C# .NET on a PC, and the engineer may either adjust the current system or develop a new one to perform tests. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing test systems used to test electronic systems in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Develop and adjust manufacturing systems test for an electro-mechanical devices + Write and implement tests in C#/C++ or Python. + Work independently with minimal oversight to develop the test system. + Utilize test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators. + Automate manufacturing calibrations and trims of devices under test. + Deploy the developed test system at third-party manufacturing partners. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + 5+ years of experience developing electronic test systems for a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in C#/C++, Python, and possibly LabVIEW. + Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and test methodologies. + Experience with test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators. + Experience with automated test systems and software. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proven experience in test engineering, particularly in the specification and definition of test fixtures. + Proficiency in automating manufacturing calibrations and trims of devices under test. Work Environment This work will be performed onsite in an office/lab setting and will eventually be deployed at third-party manufacturing partners.
