Manufacturing Test Engineer - Fort Collins, CO
A large manufacturing company in Fort Collins is looking for a Manufactuing Test Engineer to join their team for a 6 month contract with the ultimate goal of bringing them on full time at the end of the contract. You will be working on a team with other Test Engineers, Software Developers and Mechanical Designers. This is a net new role, the company is growing and expects to be busy moving forward to trying to grow the team for the long run. The main part of the role will be manufacturing test solutions for high volume products including high power, large system and advanced power supplies. Some day to day activities include but are not limited to:
Ensure testability and serviceability of new product designs, providing feedback to design teams addressing opportunities for defects in manufacturing and field use.
Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, completes specifications and procedures for new products and for product design changes throughout the products lifecycle.
Accurately estimate project costs and schedules associated with implementing test solutions.
Owns test requirements from the vendor, to shipment, to the customer.
Verify products meet their functional requirements - including design verification and manufacturing screens.
Analyze capabilities and ensure control of critical parameters of products and test equipment.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
3+ years of Product test development experience
Source code control
Automation experience (Labview, TestStand, C++, SQL, Python etc.
Experience manufacturing test solutions into a high-volume manufacturing site
Experience with a variety of General-Purpose Test Equipment use and automation. Including: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, DAQs, and Switches. Higher education
Semiconductor or advanced Manufactuing experience null
