Eaton’s Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer. This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week) based at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you’ll do:We are seeking an innovative problem-solver to lead mechanical and electrical testing development for the Industrial Control Division. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic global team to design and improve manufacturing test equipment and capabilities. You will support tester development activities for new product introduction projects and experience the excitement of bringing new products to life from design concept through to production launch. This role will require 25-40% travel including domestic and international.
The Manufacturing Test Engineer is a specialized professional with electrical, automation and programming skills to lead tester development and validation for new product launches and other division led product testing related projects. The role is responsible for creating manufacturing validation test specifications, for the execution of complex assembly test and diagnostics for new equipment purchased for new products, and for providing trouble-shooting support for ICD test equipment. They will collaborate with other functions and suppliers to assure test equipment meets engineering requirements and can be delivered on-time while meeting safety, quality, and cost expectations.
