The Manufacturing Training Recruitment Manager manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve Manufacturing Assembly goals, and communicates plans to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.Allocates resources to meet objectives and goals of the Manufacturing Assembly area.Directs processes in line with organizational standards for quality inspection, production control, inventory, and procurement.Allocates resources in order to coordinate all aspects of Manufacturing Training improvement initiatives.Coaches staff to ensure optimal use of manufacturing staff and training center equipment, and monitors the quality of training.Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.Oversees and manages the hiring and onboarding of production associates.
