As a senior workplace design supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing a broad range of workplace improvement projects across North America. You will focus on delivering seamless project execution across design, construction and ongoing operational needs. This position is a full-time leadership role, reporting to Manufacturing Workplace Strategy Manager.
Project background will be supporting both Model e and Ford Blue. Lead and manage a broad range of Workplace and Interior projects across NA (traveling is required). Lead Manufacturing workplace projects to oversee all phases of projects, including budgeting, planning, design, construction and close out. Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external consultants to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution. Provide insight and recommendations to leadership to ensure that strategies align with business goals and optimize operational efficiency. Manage capital budgets, overseeing campus transformation business planning processes. Collaborate with finance to track expenses and forecasting. Present design concepts, project plans and financial data to leadership. Mentor and guide junior designers to foster culture of creativity. B.S.
