Develops effective working relationships with community organizations, providers, religious organizations and other appropriate channels to generate leads, build brand awareness and enroll new members in MAP.
Identifies prospective enrollees and determines eligibility for participation in the MAP plan.
Achieve monthly and annual membership goals.
Performs all duties within CMS guidelines.
Provides education to community partners and member prospects about the Wellcare by Fidelis MAP plan.
Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, and special events.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Travels assigned territory to promote the Wellcare by Fidelis MAP planPerforms other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
2+ years Medicare, long term care, sales, or marketing experience. required
Knowledge of CMS Marx and EPACES preferred:
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
Strong presentation skills preferred
Active New York State Accident & Health License required and:
Active New York State driver' license required:Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.35 per hour
