Job Description

The Regional Marcom Specialist (RMS) – is a member of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing  Team and will be responsible for strategizing, developing and executing outbound B2B marketing programs and campaigns for the assigned Products Lines and Market Segments in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Currently the role will cover the Product Line and Market Segments Marketing campaigns' execution in South Korea, with a potential to expand coverage into Japan.

This individual will be working in collaboration with Marketing Program Managers (MPMs) to determine the Go-To-Market strategy and define the metrics for the respective Marketing campaigns.

The RMS is also responsible for working with internal (e.g. MPMs, technical sales teams, marketing automation team, localization team, etc) and external (e.g. customers, government bodies, events/branding agencies, etc) stakeholders to manage digital and print content creation and localization for various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: social media postings, electronic direct mailers (eDM), video production for product / solutions, flyers, posters and brochures.

From overseeing campaign designs to successful roll-out for both online (e.g. Trade Media, Social Media, eDM, Webinars, etc) and face-to-face tactics in-country (e.g. Seminars, Tradeshows, Conferences Demos/Workshops, etc), the key performance indicators for this role will include new customer acquisition, effective demand generation and strong funnel growth contribution.

The candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong digital marketing knowledge of Agilent's B2B digital landscape with robust Marcom strategy planning and tactical execution. The RMS will also examine campaign analytics, deduce actionable insights and implement modifications to Marketing campaigns where necessary to enhance the results. He/she also prepares and presents post-campaign reports via the APAC Marketing Sharepoint.

The RMS is responsible for the Product Line and Segment Market's activities execution at the regional level. The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of Korea and Japan's B2B Marketing landscape within the APAC region.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an MNC setting, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, is a strong team player, and is comfortable working in a structured workflow environment. Where structured processes are not in place, the candidate may be tasked to lead the mapping of a new workflow / process. Ideally, the candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience combined in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, IMC planning & execution, Content Marketing, Branding, Marcom, Social Marketing, Events Management and/or similar areas.

The candidate is also expected to demonstrate a good understanding of the APAC region as a whole with the ability to travel on an as-needed basis. The candidate may also be tasked to lead strategic events and/or projects to achieve specific Marketing Goals. The candidate may also represent the APAC to be part of a Taskforce Team on Cross-Regional and/or Global Project

Qualifications10+  years of marketing and/or marketing communications experience Bachelors Degree or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business DegreeExperience managing external partnerships across multiple time zonesAbility to identify creative solutions for complex issuesStrong project management and organizational skills to manage projects with varying deadlines, handle interruptions, and be flexible with adapting planned tasks to meet business requirementsKnowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, Eloqua, SAP CRM will be an added advantage.Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English and Korean language. Additional language capability such as Business communications in Japanese (spoken and written) would be an added advantage.Previous experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual Regional  team and organizationCompetent in utilization of Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutionsAbility to give clear, concise and constructive feedback to both internal and external resourcesLearn, adapt and follows established Company Practices
