We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ambulance services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and leading a team of dedicated EMTs and Paramedics.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Operations supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of ambulance services, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to EMTs and Paramedics, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Coordinate and monitor staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.

- Address and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly and effectively.

- Maintain effective communication with other healthcare providers, emergency services, and stakeholders.

- Operate as an EMT, Paramedic, or RN in the field as assigned.

- Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently Certified as an EMT, Paramedic or Licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year being full time on an ambulance.

- Supervisory experience preferred.

- Current valid AZ driver's license.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
