Our team is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to supervise craft employees ensure projects are safely completed on time. As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in the success of Weeks Marine projects across the NE region of US. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with various people, such as craft workers, job teams, and engineers. LocationThis position will be based out of our Cranford, NJ location.
This role requires frequent travel to projects across the NE region on US.
Responsibilities• Supervise the crew(s) and craft workers in the application of all projects.
• Managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with engineers, Job teams, etc. to determine project needs.
• Utilize equipment, material, and labor to maximize production and minimize costs in assigned responsibility.
• Set performance goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate and interface effectively with superintendents and Foreman to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor needs, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
• Keep track of material stock and orders.
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company’s non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies.
• Perform additional ad hoc assignments per managements direction.

Base Compensation: $115,000/yr - $165,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
