Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marine Superintendent to join a leading team in the offshore sector in Norway. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of offshore vessels, overseeing all aspects of vessel performance, maintenance, and compliance, while providing support to offshore crews.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational management of offshore vessels to ensure high performance and safety standards. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct regular vessel inspections and audits, resolving any operational or maintenance issues. Provide technical guidance to offshore crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports on vessel performance, safety, and compliance. Collaborate with vessel owners, operators, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar senior maritime role. In-depth knowledge of offshore vessel operations and maintenance practices. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Sailing experience to Chief Officer within Offshore sector. Existing right to work and live in Norway is a MUST to be considered.
