Your Role: Oversee daily vessel operations, ensuring smooth activities at sea and port Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, and international regulations Maintain ship documentation and ensure adherence to company procedures Monitor vessel defects and oversee timely rectifications Manage crew P&I matters, working with manning agents Conduct risk analysis, internal audits, class audits, and RightShip inspections Carry out vessel visits, providing guidance on navigational and operational matters What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in marine operations, ship management, and compliance Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, and class requirements Ability to manage ship documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance Hands-on experience in crew P&I matters and risk management A proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong leadership skills
Dry Bulk experience highly preferred
