Job Description: + Inspect, maintain, and repair marine equipment, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical equipment. + Perform regular equipment checks, following a preventative maintenance schedule. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults for hydraulic equipment + Ensure the safety and efficiency of all marine operations. + Install new marine equipment and systems. + Communicate with team members and other marine personnel about equipment operation and maintenance. + Record service and repair activities and work performed + Travel may be needed up to 25% per year + Domestic travel only for up to 3 weeks at a time + Travel not a hard requirement for contractors Skills/Experience: + Able to lift 50 LBS + Welding experience preferred but not required + Can be trained to operate a forklift + Has crane and rigging experience Required Skills: + None Desired Skills: + Welding.
