Faststream are partnered with a global leading marine OEM business who are looking to hire a Maritime Sales Assistant to join their team, supporting key accounts and contributing to the success of their global brand.

This business are looking to hire in their bustling London office, this position could be suitable for a graduate with a relevant Marine/ Engineering or Marine Science degree looking to expand into a Commercial sales role, or someone with customer facing/ sales experience already. The business provide excellent training and mentoring, they are looking for someone who is motivated to develop and an interest in marine/ environmental sustainability would be beneficial.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field, ideally within the maritime or industrial sector but not essential A degree in Engineering, Marine Science, or a related Science discipline, or alternatively degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Studies, or other relevant fields is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry. Knowledge of the maritime industry, OEM products, coatings, or marine products is a plus but not essential. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the sales team in customer enquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
