Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Market Access Marketing Strategy Lead who is collaborative, innovative and influential to join our Market Access team. This position can be based in any of our United States offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Raleigh, North Carolina or Boston, Massachusetts. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence with a 25% domestic travel requirement.
About the role
You are a visionary leader that will execute our market access and payer marketing strategies with our Rare Disease and Epilepsy products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that ensure optimal patient access and reimbursement for our innovative therapies. The role requires a deep understanding of the payer landscape, strong collaboration skills and the proven ability to build compelling marketing resources.
Who you’ll work with
Internally, with your market access partners, you will cross functionally work with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Business Analytics. Externally, you will work with health systems, payors, Group Purchasing Organizations and other trade groups and relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in market access, marketing or commercial field roles.Strong understanding ofpayer marketing and access strategies. Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $136,000-$178,500 per year. The actual salary offered will account for internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
