As a Market Analyst, you will perform market research and analysis services for a specified business unit; obtain customer information, employment and building permit data to support the Company’s land acquisition, sales, and marketing efforts.  Process, analyze data and prepare customer satisfaction survey reports on a monthly basis.  Prepare mortgage satisfaction survey report on a monthly basis, if applicable.  Prepare buyer demographics reports and maps.  Prepare visitor data to create geographical maps.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
