Job Description:

The Market Analytics Senior Associate is a member of our agile, high-performance Market Intelligence & Insights (MII) team. The individual has experience in market, customer, competitor, and enterprise data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. The ideal candidate is committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports and dashboards with actionable insights for continued innovation and business growth. Collaborating with colleagues, this individual will rapidly prototype market, competitive, and buyer insights & analytics that empower material growth strategies at an enterprise, business unit, industry, and service offering level. This role reports to the MII Manager. 

 

Responsibilities: Execute intelligence & insights Initiatives 

Perform data analysis on different data sources, consolidate multiple datasets, and analyze the data accurately and efficiently 

Synthesize data, insights, and consumer research to create presentations to our internal stakeholders with powerful visualizations and fact-based recommendations 

Build and enhance Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards and develop custom reports 

Enhance CX reporting and analysis and develop richer insights around client segmentation and client health 

Document data sources, report/query logic, and communicate findings 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Marketing, Business or related field 

2+ years’ experience with CX, market, and competitive data, analysis, integration, and visualization projects; experience with RFM analysis is a plus 

Tableau and/or Power BI knowledge to perform complex database operations and familiarity working with a data warehouse 

Naturally curious mind and desire to solve business problems with data 

Flexibility to quickly shift focus to support priority projects 

Demonstrates critical thinking and is highly detail-oriented 

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,075.00 to $161,456.00 per year.
