Market Brand Manager - TCL Mobile

Drive Innovation as our next TCL Mobile Market Manager!

The Market Manager – TCL Mobile is responsible for executing local sales and marketing initiatives that enhance TCL Mobile’s brand presence, drive product visibility, and increase market share. This role serves as the primary point of contact between TCL Mobile and its retail partners, ensuring that the brand is accurately represented and that sales targets are met. The Market Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional sales leadership, marketing, and field operations—to deliver cohesive, impactful initiatives in the field.

Your Mission:

Develop and implement market-specific sales strategiesCoordinate in-store activations, product launches, and promotional eventsBuild and maintain relationships with retail leadership for optimal product placementAct as Brand Ambassador; communicating product benefits to partners and consumersFacilitate live and virtual product training sessions for retail teamsSupport regional events as TCL's primary representativeProvide ongoing support and coaching to retail partnersMonitor and analyze market performance, sales trends and competitor activitiesCompile reports and present insights to regional leadershipManage regional marketing budgets and track expensesEnsure compliance with brand guidelines for marketing materials and displaysManage monthly KPI goals for performance evaluation

Working Environment:

Frequent travel up to 75% by car or plane, including possible overnight staysValid driver's license and personal vehicle requiredMotor Vehicle check will be conductedDynamic fast-paced environment requiring strong problem solving skills and adaptability

Who Will Drive TCL's Mobile Innovation:

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, retail sales, training or brand management, ideally in mobile devices or consumer electronicsProven success in executing regional marketing strategies and building relationships with carrier leadershipAbility to drive measurable sales outcomes through strategic marketing initiativesBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field

Physical requirements:

Able to stand, walk and move around for extended periods during store visits and eventsCapable of lifting and transporting materials or displays up to 30lbs
