Position Title: Market Coach

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $145,000

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire: As a Market Coach, you’ll provide top-notch leadership and coaching to our Area Coaches, setting the gold standard for operational excellence. You'll be the role model that everyone looks up to, driving our brand to new heights with your competitive spirit and dedication.

Business Savvy: Leverage your business analytics skills to address trends, tackle issues, and fill performance gaps. You’ll work with Area Coaches to boost restaurant controllable profit (RCP) and meet targeted flow-thru goals. Your competitive nature will help you identify and seize opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out brand initiatives and goals. You’ll be at the heart of rallies, training sessions, marketing area meetings, and innovation processes. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial for our success.

Develop Talent: Lead and develop our equity operations team, ensuring we have a strong bench of future leaders. Your strategic thought leadership will translate into impactful actions. Celebrate achievements, foster partnerships, and take decisive action on non-performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-7 years’ experience as a proven leader in QSR or with a franchisor working with franchise operators. Advanced degrees considered in lieu of experience. Operational Mastery: Expertise in BOH Systems, Ops Tools, and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L statements and reports. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Scheduling, Forecasting & Projections systems. Communication Skills: Strong communicator and excellent problem solver. Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to build capabilities and drive the right actions. Conflict Resolution: Skilled at handling and resolving conflicts effectively. Coaching & Mentoring: Outstanding at coaching, mentoring, and following up to ensure success.
