By training Lowe's associates at our Cross-Dock Terminals (XDT) on new and current facility processes, you'll set the standard for our location's efficiency and productivity.

Your Day at Lowe's
In this role, you will oversee and enhance the performance of associates, equipping them with resources and fostering collaborative team relationships.
As someone who thrives on variety, you can adapt and pivot quickly to meet the changing needs of our business, associates, and customers. You'll also engage in real-time training, support inventory management, and maintain a safe work environment. As a key point of contact, you promptly resolve customer issues and help Market Delivery Supervisors in a variety of daily functions.

Schedule Requirements
Work Schedule for the Market Delivery Team Lead requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. The Cross-Dock Terminal (XDT) operates 7 days a week. Market Delivery Team Leads (MDTL) are required to work a pre-determined schedule, but this may be changed by management based on business needs.
Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advanced notification and approval by supervisor. Hourly Full-Time Associates are generally scheduled for 39 to 40 hours per week. More hours may be needed based on business needs.
