Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new market opportunities, evaluating market trends, and developing strategic plans to enhance market share. You will collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives that support the overall business goals.The work model for the role is: #Li - OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Business into BA Function Finance in Bangalore India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tConduct comprehensive market research to identify new market trends, competitive intelligence, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.•\tAssist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies that align with the company’s mission and long-term goals.•\tLead the execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and geographic or product diversification.•\tDevelop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and sales strategies for entering new markets.•\tEvaluate financial performance of strategic initiatives and recommend actions to improve profitability and growth.•\tPrepare and present regular reports on strategy performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.•\tMonitor the performance of market development strategies, adjusting approaches as needed based on results.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.\t8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, market development, business consulting, or a similar role.\tStrong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning processes.\tExperience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\tAbility to think critically, solve complex problems, and take initiative to drive business outcomes.\tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives.
