Market Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Market Development Manager who will manage the development and implementation of a Go-To-Market plan for a new product introduction, the Packsize EFI X5 Nozomi. This role will require strategic planning, sales, marketing, and partner management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of packaging, brand and retailer marketing, fulfillment and logistics operations, and the supporting technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also have direct and channel sales experience demonstrated by consistent overachievement of business plans.

What you will do:

1.      Define, manage, and measure a direct GTM plan:

·        In collaboration with EFI Marketing, identify and organize specific target audiences, propositions, and related content. In collaboration with EFI Marketing and by leveraging personal network, build awareness, affinity, and advocacy for the X5 Nozomi in target audiences referenced above

·        Generate significant demand and business opportunities through standard sales activities (networking, prospecting, event attendance, lead management, etc)

·        Successfully manage all opportunities in Salesforce.com with focus on new logo wins

·        Be responsible for routine sales-related data analysis, reporting and the recuring executive updates on activities and progress

        2. Channel Strategy, Relationship Management, and Partner Enablement

                ·   Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy to meet revenue and growth targets

·        Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with company objectives

·        Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at partner organizations

·        Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify growth opportunities

·        Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including sales, pipeline, and ROI

·        Develop and deliver regular reports on channel program effectiveness and areas for improvement

·        Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales and technical capabilities

·        Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance

This role might be a good fit if you have:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain, or a related field.

·        10+ years of experience in sales (packaging, fulfillment, and/or 3PL related technology or services.

·        5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related role.

·        Proven track record of driving revenue through direct and channel partnerships.

·        Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and identify opportunities.

·        Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and partner management platforms.

The total compensation for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.

$180,000-$200,000

The successful candidate's total compensation will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Compensation is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. The compensation range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
